May I just start this blog by saying that The Cafe of Hyatt Hotel in City of Dreams Manila offers the most affordable buffet, in terms of quality, so far in the city.
Yes, this is the only buffet spot I know that not only serve LECHON, but also serves huge blocks of Foie Gras!!! 🙂
Foodie tip: Make sure that you are the second or third person ordering the Foie Gras. Have your bread (in any case you want bread) toasted in the remaining melted Foie Gras (from previous cooking), before having your own Foie crusted in the same pan. You may thank me later… 🙂
For the price, the quality and amount of spread The Cafe is offering… This can easily be a fave brunch spot. 🙂
Since I don’t eat fish, I wasn’t able to try their Salmon. Though according to my brunch-mates, and to other friends from previous occasion, The Cafe’s Salmon is the best in a buffet set-up by far. To salmon lovers out there, you gotta try this out!!! 🙂
The brunch buffet also offers newly grilled items such as beef and seafood.
Highly priced crustacean, such as blue crabs, slipper crabs, spanner crabs, freshly shucked oysters, and prawns are all available in The Cafe’s raw section.
Ending the buffet are assortments of wonderfully prepared desserts. From cakes, to pastries, fruits to ice cream. You will have a variety of choices till your heart is content. 🙂
