There’s a Room for Everyone: A Multigenerational Boracay Getaway

What do you get when grandparents want a quiet morning, parents are craving quality time, teenagers want adventure, and the little ones simply want to spend the day in the pool? It’s a family vacation that sounds impossible to plan. However, at Boracay Newcoast, families do not have to choose just one.

According to 2025 travel data published by Rappler, 34% of Filipinos planned to travel with their families, with couples following second at 23%, and solo travelers coming in third at 19%. But while bringing the whole family together creates priceless memories, it can also mean juggling different preferences, energy levels, and ideas of the perfect holiday.

Set within a 160-hectare integrated township in Boracay, the destination brings together three distinct hotels—Savoy Hotel Boracay, Belmont Hotel Boracay, and Chancellor Hotel Boracay—with more than 1,500 rooms. Each property offers a different atmosphere and experience, allowing families to stay close while enjoying a holiday that matches their individual travel styles.

“We have been seeing a more diverse market for Boracay, the three properties in the townships have diverse offerings and experiences for every kind of traveler,” Maia Israel, Area General Manager for Boracay properties, said. “Our two hotels, Savoy and Belmont, target younger, more dynamic guests and business travelers, respectively. We also opened Chancellor Hotel Boracay, which is geared to wellness and sustainability. The three hotels ensure that the fun of Boracay remains accessible, inclusive, and unforgettable for families.”
