The Cafe is Hyatt’s 24/7 buffet service restaurant. My brother booked us here for dinner on our one night stay in Nobu Hotel. Why? ‘Cause from the reviews he read, Roast Beef carving here is supposedly good, and tender. That is all he eats when dining in almost any buffet restaurant. Continue reading →
