The family loves The Peninsula Manila, but I reckon, although I’ve tried almost all of the hotel’s food outlets, the family has always been at The Lobby. Don’t get me wrong, The Lobby is a wonderful place, we always get the Halo-halo Harana, but I guess it is time for the family to reignite their love for The Peninsula Manila.

The Peninsula Manila welcomes to the team Chef Radhey Shayam, who will be heading the kitchen of Spices. Spices is known for their Thai and Indian dishes, having someone from Northern India, the restaurant will forefront this regional cuisine in their menu.
