Let me start this post by saying how much I LOVE mooncakes!!! ๐Ÿ™‚ I actually studied making and baking mooncakes, just because I really love these little morsels of goodness.

The Shangri-La International Festival of Gastronomy 2016 @ Samba, Shangri-La Fort
