Mom is a huge fan of Ms. Dedet, also known as THE Lechon Diva. For Mother’s Day, I decided to surprise her with a degustation dinner of not only by Ms. Dedet, but also in collaboration with one equally great chef, Chef Luis Chikiamco of Flame Restaurant.
I am not here to brag about my recent 16 course degustation featuring Pepita’s Lechon and Hey Handsome. I am here to actually give you hope!!! Ready???

Ms. Dedet De la Fuente will be featuring her signature dishes along side Shangri-La at the Fort’s High Street Cafe famous buffet spread on Mothers’ Day weekend!!!
Set in a paradise that is Bluewater Panglao, no less than the Lechon Diva herself mounted the stage for one incredible night of food.
When I received message from Ms. Dedet to try dishes for her upcoming catering service, I immediately said yes. For one simple reason… I am a HUGE fan of her lechon, and of her cooking, not only me but the entire family.
