Connoisseur Catering chefs are experts on international cuisine, fusion menu for sit down and buffet service can be customized for the client. From Asian, Continental, Filipino specialty dishes are also injected into their standard menu.

Executive Chef, Chef Stefan Langenhan
Chef Stefan Langenhan leads Connoisseur Catering’s Kitchen brigade, with over 25 years of experience, working around the world for renowned international hotels and kitchens. His expertise and seasoned palate will surely direct Connoisseur Catering to become on of the most respected caterers in the industry.

Basic Setup
I am not a fan of catered food, I always have this bad impression that all caterers are just profit driven. But when I saw and taste the quality of Connoisseur Catering’s menu, I was simply blown away with awe. I can really say I was lucky enough to have been invited by Connoisseur Catering to try their 10-course degustation menu.

Amuse Bouche
Our meal started with Beetroot marinated Salmon Gravlax, served with Blini, and Salmon Roe. An amuse bouche usually dictates the tone of the meal. If the amuse bouche is this EXQUISITE, I definitely am sure that the next 9 courses will just be awesome.
