Recipe: Crispy Pork Belly cooked using Philips Airfyer



1.5 KG Pork Belly, cut into two

1/4 cup Salt

1 tbsp. Black Pepper, whole

3 pieces Bay Leaves



1.) Boil first Pork Belly in water with Salt, Pepper, and Bay Leaf for an hour and a half. Alternatively, you may also pressure cook Pork Belly in Philips All-in-One Cooker, for 30 minutes.

2.) While Pork Skin is still hot, prick the skin using a fork, and using a knife make diamond pattern slits on the skin.

3.) Preheat Philips Airfryer to 200 degrees.

4.) Place Pork Belly in tray, and cook for 30 minutes.

5.) Enjoy with Sriracha Bagoong Fried Rice.
