Gyokai Tonkatsu is made from a special blend of Ippudo’s signature Tonkatsu soup base, Chicken broth, Bonito stock, and Shoyu.

Seasoned with Yuzukosyo Pepper, served with Thick Wavy Noodles, topped with Bamboo Shoots, Tamago, Nori, and Slices of Chasyu.
