Ichiba: Japanese Market
Ichiba: Japanese Market is the first ever Japanese Seafood Market Concept to enter the Philippines. Inspired by the large wholesale market of Tsukiji, the delights from Gastronome Kuromon, the diversity of seafood from Kyushu, and the expansive seafood and tasty crabs from Hokkaido, Ichiba: Japanese Market seeks to redefine your dining experience.

Transported to Japan
Upon setting foot inside the restaurant, you are magically transported into a bustling market setting in Japan.

Having taken the atmosphere all in, various food stalls then awaits guests, offering all the Japanese favorites.

Tempura Station

Gyoza Station and Ramen Station

Yakitori Station

Takoyaki Station
Each table is provided with a wooden number block, you would use this wooden block to tell the stalls or stations your order and your table number. The idea is not a sit down, menu type of restaurant. You can roam and check around, choose your order from a certain station, and when you are done, go back to your table and wait for your orders.

Live Aquarium Display
What sets Ichiba: Japanese Market apart though is the live aquarium display. Capable of sustaining up to 600kg of live seafood, guest can take their pick from lobsters and crabs to a variety of fishes and shellfish.

Fishing Station
For kids and kids at heart, Ichiba: Japanese Market also boasts a fishing pond where you can cast your line and try to catch your meal.

Chef Nobu
However way you select your fresh seafood, enjoy them cooked and prepared in a variety of exciting styles by chefs expertly trained by Chef Nobu, a former sushi master from the renowned Midori Sushi in Japan.
