2 tbsp. Garlic, chopped
¼ cup Calamansi Juice, fresh
½ kg Farm Fresh Pork Tonkatsu
1 tbsp. Patis
Crushed Black Pepper
¾ cup Pineapple Juice
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Onions cut into rings
Pineapple Chunks (Tidbits)
1.) Marinate for overnight Farm Fresh Pork Tonkatsu in Garlic, Black Pepper, Calamansi Juice, and Patis.
2.) Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry Onions and Pineapple until caramelized. Set aside.
3.) Shake off excess marinade from meat and pan-fry in batches. Cook meat for a few minutes on both sides.
4.) Return all of the meat into the pan. Add Pineapple Juice and Soy Sauce to the leftover marinade and pour onto the meat. Cover. Simmer for half an hour or until meat is tender.
5.) Serve with cooked Onions and Pineapples as garnish.
