Recipe: Farm Fresh Spicy Coconut Beef Pares

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. Cooking Oil

2 tbsp.  Ginger, minced

2 cloves Garlic, crushed

1 Onion, minced

½ kg Farm Fresh Beef Sukiyaki

2 tbsp. Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup Coconut Cream

2 pieces Sili Labuyo

2 cups Water

1 pieces star anise

1 tbsp. Green Onion, finely chopped

Procedure:

1.) Stir in the beef and cook until beef changes color. Set aside.

2.) In the same pot/pan, saute garlic, star anise, siling labuyo and ginger until brown. Add the onions and cook until translucent.

3.) Bring back beef.

4.) Add water, soy sauce, and bring to boil. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat or until meat is tender. Add coconut milk.

5.) Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer again until the sauce thickens.
