Ingredients: (serves 4 to 5 people)
1 KG Beef Shank or Osso Buco
Salt & Pepper
1 pack Java Hot Curry
1 liter Water
Assorted Frozen Vegetables
1.) Season Beef Shank with Salt and Pepper.
2.) Pan Fry until brown on all sides.
3.) Add Water and simmer for 2.5 hours or until beef is tender.
4.) Add one pack of Java Curry into the mixture, mix until Roux dissolves properly and sauce thickens. Simmer for 30 more minutes.
5.) Keep warm, set aside.
6.) Roast Assorted Frozen Vegetables in a preheated oven (350 degrees) for 15 minutes. Season vegetables with salt, pepper, and vegetable oil.
7.) Serve Java Curry Beef Shank with Roasted Vegetables, and Rice.
