Recipe: Baked SeaKing Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon Slab

Seaking Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon Slab, on the photo I used 2 packs

Equal amount of Japanese Mayonnaise, and Cream Cheese

Minced Garlic

Lemon Juice, and Lemon Zest

Chopped Dill

Salt, and Pepper to taste

Olive Oil

1.) Season SeaKing Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon with Salt, Pepper, and Lemon Juice.

2.) In a preheated pan, panfry seasoned Keta Salmon in a medium low heat. Skin side first.

3.) Cook until skin is crispy and brown but not burned. Turnover, and cook the other side for about 2 or 3 more minutes. Set aside.

4.) In a bowl, mix equal amount of Japanese Mayo, Cream Cheese, together with minced Garlic, Chopped Dill, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest and Olive Oil. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.

5.) Put mixture on top of the salmon (flesh side), and broil under a preheated oven, until golden brown. Serve hot.

Stay hungry,
