Poulet Manille

Poulet Manille is a new restuarant designed for people who enjoy food together with the health benefit it provides. IT comes from the French words Poulet or Chicken, and Manille for Manila.

French County Classic

The establishment is proud to claim the distinction of serving free-range chickens, grown naturally up to 75 days. For a keen observer, you can see and taste the difference between those from popular chicken place, it is leaner and healthier.

While most supermarket chickens are raised indoors in confinement free-range chickens are allowed to roam outdoors. Leaner, older free-range chickens benefit from a variety of cooking tips.

Peri Peri Chicken

Peri Peri Chicken

Class favorite was their Peri Peri Chicken, it has the right amount of smokiness and spiciness that will make you crave for more. I would highly suggest ordering Mashed Potato, and Mixed Vegetables as sides. 🙂

Lemon Tart 2

Lemon Pie

For people who love tart food like me, their Lemon Pie is something that you should not miss. This is the best one in Manila I’ve tasted so far.
