Seafood Selection

Aside from the German selections, you will also be treated to usual buffet treats such as the cold seafood selection which during our visit included mussels, oysters, blue crabs, and coconut crab. I was kind of surprised with the coconut crab as not many hotels offer that. So, I felt obligated to hoard. :p

Filet Mignon cooked A la Minute

For beef lovers out there, Marco Polo Ortigas Manila is proud of their Prime Rib carving, that they serve with a dozen or so of sauces to choose from. Aside from that, they also have Filet Mignon which they cook a la minute.

Marco Polo Ortigas Manila Cucina Paella

Paella Catalan

Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s Executive Chef is from Catalan, Spain. Needless to say, the highlight of my Cucina visit is his Paella Catalan. Which for me I think is the best one I’ve tasted in a very long time. 🙂
