Suckling Pig Combination Platter
The Good Fortune Set Menu offers an appetizer of a luscious Suckling Pig Combination Platter, followed by a nutritious serving of Steamed Dried Scallop, Sea Moss and Winter Melon in Oyster Sauce. Celebrators may also indulge in Deep Fried Taro Prawns and cleanse the palette afterwards with the flavorful Pumpkin Puree Soup with Seafood.

Crispy Pigeon Stuffed with Abalone, Morel, Dried Shrimp, and Glutinous Rice
The festivities are far from over as traditional Chinese staples such as Baked Lapu-Lapu, Stir-fried Sea Cucumber with home-made XO sauce , Crispy Pigeon Stuffed with Abalone, Morel, Dried Shrimp and Glutinous Rice are added to the feast. Finish this prosperous and traditional 10-course set menu with Deep Fried Lotus Buns and Crystal Custard Dumplings.

For guests who wish to truly satiate their palette and celebrate with opulent seafood dishes, a Good Health Set Menu is also available for a minimum of 10 persons. This 10-course set menu includes sumptuous and healthy servings of Lotus Root, Sea Moss, Matsutake, Sea Conch, Sliced Abalone and Lung Hin’s Signature Stone Pot Seafood Rice. Tempting desserts of Deep Fried Lotus Buns and Snow Lotus Soup follow.
