Champagne Everyday

Who says you need to spend much to eat good food? With Makati Diamond Residences’ Brunch Buffet, you would only need to shell out P1,000 nett (on weekends). What would 1000 pesos get you, you may ask? Read on and I will try and convince you that this brunch buffet is the MOST affordable buffet there is in Manila. This will only run until March, what are you waiting for? I will be celebrating my birthday here…

What will 1,000 pesos get you?

Chic Interiors

Nothing beats eating in a fancy place with impeccable service, but paying at a very reasonable price. The feeling of opulence and of elegance that comes with the dining package is just worth it.

Unlimited Champagne

It’s the weekend!!! Relax, enjoy, and have some bubbly or a bottle or two. It is unlimited anyway, so why deprive yourself ;P Aside from Champagne, they also serve unlimited Red Wine and White Wine.

Jamon Bellota

I cannot promise you that the same chef will serve you your Jamon, but I can assure you that you will be treated with 4 kinds of Jamon. A Jamon Serrano, and 3 types of Jamon Iberico, one of which is a Bellota. Jamon Bellota is the most expensive or the finest Jamon there is. Why? The Iberico pigs are only fed with Acorns hence the the sweet, salty, smokey flavor of the ham. An entire leg of Jamon Bellota is around P35,000. For P1,000, you can already eat-all-you-want!

USDA Rib-Eye Steak

For their weekend brunch, they also serve steaks, prawns, and salmon or sea bass. Their weekday brunch is focused only on the tapas and champange, but with their weekedn brunch… Feel free to attack the buffet table.

Ow yeah, I forgot… They also have Rack of Lamb

Grilled Prawns

Concinillo

What is brunch without Concinillo? Brunch we usually connotes with Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon, and the like… But Makati Diamond Residences has a very different interpretation of Brunch. Concinillo, anyone? Again, if you had read my blog or is following me on Instagram… Get the CHEEKS!!! 🙂

Pinakbet Paella with Bagnet Bacon

People has been asking me… Do they also serve dessert? The answer is YES!!!

Bouchon

Dessert is PART of the 1,000 pesos you paid for, but it is not served with the buffet. You need to ask for a separate menu for the dessert. Dessert is served a la carte style, but let me reiterate this point… It is PART of the buffet.

I cannot speak equally the same about the weekday buffet because I was only able to taste their weekend buffet.

I only highlighted the luxurious ones… but it is basically 75% already of the spread… there was an appetizer bar and like two more pastas
