My First Time Attending Oishi Snacktacular

For AlDub Fanatics, get the chance to meet Maine Mendoza in Oishi Snacktacular 2016, Sunday at the Music Hall of SM Mall of Asia. If that is not enough to entice you, let me share with you the games Oishi had prepared for everyone. ๐Ÿ™‚

It is actually my first time to ever attend Oishi Snacktacular, and it is Oishi’s 3rd year doing this. I didn’t know where to start, or know what to expect.

My friend Rowena, who invited me to the event, suggested that I first start with Snack Shack. Why? Line gets pretty long very fast. I highly suggest you guys do this first, and try to be in MOA as early as you can.

The objective of the game is to have the heaviest bag in the span of 1 minute. So I suggest you guys not to bulk up on baggy airy snacks. Go for denser snacks. ;p I ended up getting tons of Oishi Wafu. ๐Ÿ™‚

Because I got tired of falling in line, I opted for a simpler game. ๐Ÿ™‚ Oishi Make Your-Own Snack. ๐Ÿ™‚

I made mine with Ridges Potato Chips, Corn Clubs, Nori, and White Cheddar. That’s two bases and two flavorings. ๐Ÿ™‚

If you’ve been really nice, they’ll do all the mixings for you. ๐Ÿ™‚

Next, I did the very famous Oishi Snack Catcher. Basically, you act as a human crane and scoop out as much snacks as you can.DSCF2288.JPG

Slater Young, the one from the photo above, have the record of scooping out 157 snacks in one go. Good for him!!! I only got 81 snacks. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

Here’s my friend, Maxine, showing everyone how its done! She only got 61 bags, so I guess that is not exactly how it is done. ;p

Last two booths I visited weren’t exactly game booths, but rather food booths ๐Ÿ™‚ Tired after doing all those physical activities.

First is Oishi O-Twirl, where they send down Frozen Oishiย Choco Chug with Oats.

DSCF2331.JPG

They’d top your frozen Choco Chug with two toppings, I chose obviously Wafu and Potato Ridges. ๐Ÿ™‚ Going for that sweet and salty element.

Next was the very refreshing Oishi Slush C+ booth.

Went for the Pomelo Slush. REALLY GOOD!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

Had a very enjoyable day with Oishi Snakctacular, and went home with tons of prizes.
Don’t miss out on their last day today! Can’t wait for next year!!! ๐Ÿ™‚
