“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day” is more than just an adage, it’s a scientific fact. Within the first 30 minutes of waking up, it’s important to start up your metabolic system with a good meal so that you can get the strength and endurance to go about your day.
Breakfast, however, is also the most skipped meal of the day. With busy schedules and the constant morning rush, often people don’t have time to prepare breakfast, or they simply don’t have the time to sit down to eat it in the morning. What people don’t realize is that skipping breakfast, and starting the day hungry is the gateway to poor unhealthy choices.
By pre-preparing your breakfast the night before, there’s no reason to skip breakfast.
