Thanks to Hizon’s Catering, I was able to attend 4 parties in one venue! Yes, Hizon’s Catering is that versatile that it can actually throw simultaneous events, each having its own theme, food, and ambiance.
First, guest were treated with a Children’s Party, a theme that is appealing to the child in all attendees.
A circus inspired kiddie party look matched by a menu of finger food that suit the palate of tiny tots.
Guest were served with Mini Pizza, Bacon-wrapeed Cocktail Hotdog with Sweet Barbeque Sauce, Fries with Thousand Island Dressing, Nachos to name a few.
Of course, a Children’s Party would not be complete without dessert or cake… Hizon’s Catering served the ever famous Red Velvet Cupcake, paired with a Juice Bar that has Lychee, Cucumber, or Blue Lemonade.
Second was at the Awards Night Section where hor d’oeuvres were passed around to dolled up guests, and a dessert spread was laid out to the dashing attendees.
A selection of Tempura roll, Argentinian Steak Canape, Candied Bacon Canape, Tomato & Basil Confit Skewers, Crispy Beef Ssam Spring Roll, Smoked Salmon Caviar Creme Pop were served as pass around by debonair wait-stuff to anticipating guests.
A dessert buffet is laid out by Hizon’s Catering to everyone who wants to satisfy their sweets craving.
Third event was a formal Wedding event, which featured an extensive buffet of soup, salad, and main course options plus a carving station.
Part of the buffet setup is Hizon’s Catering ever famous Baked Fish stuffed with Spinach and Tomato.
A surprise good twist to the classic Beef Salpicao served with Grilled Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes.
Also part of the buffet table is Chicken Sambal, just to name a few.
Carving station featured a tender Slow-roated Beef with Hickory BBQ Sauce and Classic Mushroom Gravy, and a Thrice-Cooked Pork Belly with Cilantro Salsa.
Last event I attended was a no-frill breakfast seminar which had a spread of omelette filling choices and a cooking station.
This just proved that being in business since 1989, Hizon’s Catering can execute any celebration for you. They can accommodate the meal service of your choice, and has all sorts of themes to boot, ranging from the usual cartoon character-centered concept to a musical extravaganza.
The biggest event they’ve handled had a whopping 15,000 guests but they can cater intimate get together of 50 persons as well. Menu packages start at 450php per person.
