Last July, Beeffalo expanded to San Juan, a place where families can go. The restaurant reflects the personality of their owners. Just like them, they want their customers to have a refuge to just chill, have good food, then have extended “kwentuhan” over coffee and dessert.
Beffalo mainly serves American Cuisine with some Filipino favorites like liempo and isaw. The owners states that they only include a dish in the menu when it agrees with their palate, when it lives up to their own personal standards. Though nothing fancy, they serve dishes the way they serve food in their own house.
From their branch in Marikina, they’ve maintained the same menu and served the same dishes that have earned them a strong following.
Only a couple of weeks before our visit, Beeffalo decided to include Buttermilk Fried Chicken on the menu.
and the Grilled Salmon cause it has been receiving a lot of good reviews.
Classic Beeffalo staples and favorites would include Baby Back Ribs, Buffalo style Chicken wings in sweet, and in very very spicy flavors.
Their extremely thin crust Pizza is available in four variants: Pepperoni, Margherita, Garlic & Mushroom, and Three Cheese.
For dessert, they have Brazo de Mercedes, Turtle Pie, Tres Leches Cheesecake, and Creme Brulee.
