Chef Ton developed Samyan, an authentic Thai Street Food stall, especially for the Grid Food Market. Aside from his first food hall concept in the Philippines, he is also the owner of Le Du, a Michelin-starred Thai restaurant awarded as one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2019 and Baan, awarded by Michelin’s Bib Gourmand.

I grew up eating in Samyan Market and it is where my love for street food began. It’s where I used to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. They have all kinds of street food and everything is just delicious. Now, I want to share the love and memories I have for Samyan with Manila” says Chef Ton.
