Gold’s Gym Philippines: Seventh Month
On my seventh month with Gold’s Gym Philippines, I did a lot of first… If not first, then maybe I consider them as achievements. 🙂
Gold’s Gym Philippines: Sixth Month
Body fat down to 21%, still a long way to go… But… It is a huge leap from 32% when I first started February of this year.
Gold’s Gym Philippines: Fifth Month
Little changes everyday is better than no change at all. I always question myself if there is really progress with my training. Though from people I meet, I always hear they see change. Even personally I always think the change is too little for me to appreciate. Hence, I think it is more of the mindset. It is better to have and feel little changes everyday than completely no change at all.
Gold’s Gym Philippines: Fourth Month
People ask me, why do I post workout photos on Instagram and blog? Simple reason, I want accountability. I want to tell people that I do work out, and I want people to actually tell me that they see change. Why? How else will I know if I am just punishing myself or actually progressing.
Gold’s Gym Philippines: Third Month

With Coach Antonio Soler doing Deadlift
On my third month, Gold’s Gym brought back my confidence. Confidence to actually take photo of myself and post it on Instagram.
Gold’s Gym Philippines: Second Month
I stopped counting pounds loss because my weight seemed stagnant for weeks now, but I started counting fat loss instead. To date I lose 6.60% body fat. I was told 3% to 5% per month is healthy, so I guess I am just on the right track.
Gold’s Gym Philippines: First Month

Gold’s Gym Philippines
I am fat!!!
Let’s face it… I am…
There is no other way to sugar coat it.
Behind all the comments about my weight, about my physical attributes, I am simply living an unhealthy lifestyle. I used to say… Never trust a skinny, chef!!! But I’ve met a lot of skinny chefs who cooks really good. I used to say… I am a foodie, who is always hungry!!! But, what is more important? That designation, or my health?
