Gold’s Gym Philippines: Fifth Month

Little changes everyday is better than no change at all. I always question myself if there is really progress with my training. Though from people I meet, I always hear they see change. Even personally I always think the change is too little for me to appreciate. Hence, I think it is more of the mindset. It is better to have and feel little changes everyday than completely no change at all.

Being able to jump 18 inches high or 4 inches higher than normal is a huge step for me. 4 inches might seem nothing but that 4 inches higher means I lose weight hence my body can do higher jumps. I am more flexible, more coordinated, and my core is stronger.

I don’t lift really heavy weights just yet, but every time I can lift 5 pounds more than previous gives me confidence that my muscle mass is developing hence fats are burned.

Change might be minimal, but don’t dismay… change is still change. Change for the better everyday makes you a better you compared to yesterday. 🙂

That is it for now… This is the fifth blog (check the first one here, the second one here, the third one here, the fourth one here) on my weight loss transformation, hope this series will and can inspire someone to do the same.
