Gold’s Gym Philippines: Third Month

On my third month, Gold’s Gym brought back my confidence. Confidence to actually take photo of myself and post it on Instagram.

I haven’t been posting photos of myself on social media because I am very conscious that I gained a lot of weight attending events. Although most of the time I sounded very confident and arrogant, it is just my way of distracting people from noticing how lousy I wear my clothes because nothing seemed to just fit.

On my third month, I am only 10 pounds away from my goal!!! 🙂 My old medium-sized shirts sort-of fits me again, and almost all my new clothes seems really big now.

That is it for now… This is the third blog (check the first one here, and the second one here) on my weight loss transformation, hope this series will and can inspire someone to do the same.
