In line with the World Swiss Day, the Hotel will celebrate its very own Swiss promotion, highlighting Swiss traditions from wine and cheese, to pralines making, to watchmaking. Launching this is the Swiss Army Band, beating drums to mark the start of the celebration on August 4 at the Grand Ballroom of the only sky hotel in Manila.

Bringing in his vast international experience, Chef Rolf specializes in Swiss cuisine with over 30 years of distinguished experience by royalties and heads of states from all over the world. He will be joining the hotel for this celebration, holding a cooking class, featuring traditional dishes such as the tasty appetizer Beef Carpaccio with Beef Tartar, Quail Egg, Mache Leaves and Lemon Pepper Marinade, the tender and filling main dish Veal Zurichoise with Roesti Potatoes, and the scrumptious dessert Plum Tart with Vanilla Snaps and Whipped Cream.

Have a fine dining experience with a wide selection of Swiss wines and cheeses for a wine and cheese buffet at the all-day dining restaurant, Cucina. Enjoy this classic pair as if dining along the Swiss Alps. Delight in a chocolate buffet featuring only the finest pralines from an outstanding chocolatier.

The delicacy does not stop as Café Pronto lets it guests discover the creation of the confectionary dessert with a showcase of pralines making. A chocolatier will be making these sweets in front of guests for a sweeter Swiss experience.
