Body fat down to 21%, still a long way to go… But… It is a huge leap from 32% when I first started February of this year.
Never in my wildest dream I could have imagined that I can boastfully say that I lost 10% body fat in 6 months. I stopped counting weight loss using a scale because I find it a little non reliable. I am roughly 180 to 185 pounds when my body fat is at 26%, and at the same weight my body fat is down to 21%.
I am not saying that body weight computation is not important, but you also need to consider your muscle growth. Especially if you are lifting heavy weights. I will tackle more about this on the next blog. 🙂
