Gold’s Gym Philippines: Eighth Month

On my eighth month with Gold’s Gym Philippines, let me just vent out some frustrations I encountered on the way.

First, I am still not happy with how big my abdominal is. I’ve been working hard to get a flatter tummy but to no avail. All leads to the food I eat and the quantity I chow down everyday.

Every day I see changes in myself but I also always tell myself that those changes are not enough.

But instead of crying over these things I want to change, why not focus on the things that already changed? I gained so much strenght from continuous workout and training with Coach Boyet.

When I first started I could not even lift a 25 pound bench press without support, now I’m doing 60 on a regular basis without a spotter.
