I love breads!!! One of my first few blog post is about a bakery, and I am very much delighted to share yet another bakery to you guys, Boulangerie 22. This new bakery boasts the merging of classical and modern methods in baking. Likewise, the bakery offers both western flavors and Asian favorites. Combining the strength and taste of both world in one exciting new place. Their mouth-watering bread offerings and cakes made from scratch, wide array of selection attracts not only people with sweet tooth, but bread lovers as well.

Aside from the delectable cake options I have posted, they also have adorable character cakes. 🙂 Lovely Teddy, is every choco-lover’s ideal cake, a charming chocolate cake made with Chocolate Chiffon in Chocolate Buttercream covered in Chocolate Ganache. Mr. Piggy, is a classic cake made with Vanilla Chiffon and fresh Strawberry Buttercream covered in Strawberry White Chocolate Ganache.

Boulangerie 22 also prides itself with its must-try Sourdough. Why? The pâte fermentée or “old”/mother dough was cultivated all the way from France, with over 6 generations keeping the signature sourdough recipe. They use it in their Baguette, Raisin Walnut Rye Bread, Pain de Campagne or Country Bread, and Sourdough Pizza.

Aside from the Honey Garlic Breadsticks, I also liked their Japanese Custard Cream Cheese Bread, Butter Croissant, Madeleine, among many others. 🙂
