Paella Station

I was fortunate enough to have tried Marco Polo’s buffet on a Tuesday, which featured the Spanish dish, Fideua. But they did not only serve Fideua that day, they also featured other varieties of Paella. Marco Polo Ortigas Manila is known for their Paella, having a Catalan Executive Chef heading their kitchen. They have the best paella in Manila! I truly enjoyed their Paella selection, they have Seafood, Mixta, Negra, Pinoy, and of course, the noodle based Paella, Fideua.

Weekends may not be included in this offer, but guests can still enjoy new dishes freshly-made and prepared to tempt the taste buds. Partnering with different organizations in providing sustainable fisheries and conserve marine ecosystems, Fridays will be highlighting carefully resourced sustainable tuna. Savour a mouth-watering Cucina favorite, the Cuchinillo, every Saturdays. Each bite with the suckling pig will give a mouthful of flavor that is just plain good.
