Back at one of my fave Cantonese restau in the Metro (read about my previous experience here). This time around, they are welcoming their new Chinese Executive Chef, Chef Leung “Ken” Chi Kwan.

Recently, Lung Hin was awarded as one of the most outstanding Chinese restaurants outside of China, bringing home the 16th China Hotel Industry Golden Horse Awards.

This achievement in mind and with the coming of their new Chinese Executive Chef, Chef Ken, Lung Hin will be serving more superb culinary masterpieces that will bring a unique flavor for every diner. Chef Ken curated a special Chinese Lauriat for our recent lunch.

The meal started off with a refreshing Deep-fried Crispy Tofu with Seaweed Salad, tossed in Roasted Sesame Dressing.

Next was a crowd fave, Deep-fried Beancurd Leek Roll with XO Chili Sauce.

For soup, we had a classic Chinese fave, Spinach Seafood Soup.

Marco Polo always serve JUMBO prawns… Their Stir-fried Crystal Prawn with Goji Berries is no different, nice plump juicy huge prawns.

No Chinese lauriat is complete without fish, here we have Poached Live Grouper or Lapu-Lapu with Mushrooms.

Another crowd fave, actually we ordered another serving of this… Deep-fried Spareribs with Black Vinegar Sauce, served with Side Salad.

Surprisingly, everyone ate their veggies that day, this dish is so good! Ham & Vegetables in Superior Broth. The Superior Broth is simmered for 5-hours!!! No wonder it taste so good. 🙂

My personal fave is the traditional Fookien-style Misua. I love noodles, and I have a deep affection for Misua. This for me is the best Misua I’ve tasted in the long time.

We ended our meal with Chilled Mixed Jelly and Grass Jelly. 🙂
