Lung Hin
Located on the 44th floor of Marco Polo Otigas Manila, Lung Hin is not your typical Chinese restaurant. It boasts a contemporary Chinese flare offering traditional and authentic Cantonese food and fresh seafood made by its very own Hong Kong chefs. Lung Hin as “Dragon Pavilion” in its English translation, promises to embrace its diners with an expansive layout and sleek interiors that blend in perfect symmetry with the restaurant’s exclusive private rooms ideal for intimate gatherings.

Three Flavored Prawns
From the expert hands of Executive Chef Ken Leung are the superb culinary masterpieces Lung Hin is becoming known for. From the Three-Flavored Prawns – which is an interesting combination of distinct flavors – Salted Egg, Sakura Sauce and Blueberry up to the crowd favorite Sautéed Diced US Beef Cubes with Duck Liver – Lung Hin is truly a dining destination in itself.

Restaurant exterior
At the recently concluded China Hotel Industry Meeting, Lung Hin bested other Cantonese restaurant by bringing home the coveted Golden Horse Award, as one of the most outstanding Chinese restaurants outside of China.

From these three bowls of soups, my fave would be the white colored one on the left side, Winter Melon with Chinese Ham and Seafood Soup
Having said all that, The more important question now is… Aside from the Three-Flavored Prawns, what else to order? Based from the blogs I read, and from what I had, these are my top faves. 🙂

Steamed Shrimp Dumpling with Gold Leaf

Steamed Pork Siomai with Truffle Sauce

Pan-Fried Radish Cake with XO Sauce

Stir-fried Squid with Mashed Salted Egg and Seasonings

Steamed Crab Claw on Egg White Bed

Lotus Fried Rice, eat this with their Homemade Chili Sauce
