Atelier Vivanda Manila, Special Lunch Menu

DSCF4861.JPG

I am no stranger to Atelier Vivanda, it is my second time dining in this Michelin-starred-chef owned restaurant. Let me briefly discuss what I had during my first time, then slowly entice you with their special lunch menu. I heard from the grape vine that their lunch menu is less than 1,000php and it already includes lamb! 🙂

My first time visiting Atelier Vivanda was during their first week of operations. Everyone was raving about their 50-days aged Smoked Beef. Honestly, this was the highlight of my meal then and still is the highlight of my visit to Atelier Vivanda.

After which we got the Le Plat or a complete serving of appetizer, mains, unlimited potato dishes, and dessert for 1,900php. You may choose something like a Black Angus Hanger, or Duck Confit, which I really love.

But for us we opted to upgrade our Le Plat and had their Porterhouse, like the one shown below.

…or you may still upgrade your mains option if you are really really hungry to this ginormous Tomahawk steak. 🙂 Look at that beauty…

Every order of Le Plat comes with unlimited servings of potato side dishes that is cooked in a number of ways.

For Atelier Vivanda’s Special Lunch Menu, they offered a totally different dish selection compared to the Le Plat selection.

For soup you have the option to get either a Pumpkin Soup, or the Cauliflower Soup. Pictured here is the pumpkin soup, and based from the reactions of my lunch mates… I would say, everyone enjoyed this better. 🙂

For mains, you have four options… First is Grilled Rack of Lamb, which I failed to take photos of. But, is really good. Second would be my fave, Duck Confit.

Third dish is the Yellow Fin Tuna, and lastly is Atelier Vivanda’s famous burger or Le Croquavor. Every serving comes with mixed green salad and a choice of either sauteed potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Unlike with the Le Plat, dessert is not included with their Special Lunch Menu. But I urge you not to miss out on Atelier Vivanda’s Creme Brulee. It is just one of the best Creme Brulee I’ve had in the longest time. 🙂
