At this class, Chef Noel guides participants on how to prepare a multi-course meal featuring Tomato and Arugula Salad with Mozzarella and Balsamic Vinaigrette, Wild Mushroom Consommé, and Surf and Turf with Herbed Garlic Mashed Potatoes and French Beans.
It ends with Warm Molten Chocolate Cake with Berries and Cream to cap off the meal on a sweet note.
