1.) Lima The Cookbook by Chef Virgilio Martinez
I got my copy at around 1,695php, at Big Bad Wolf, the book is only 480php!!!
2.) In The Charcuterie by Taylor Boetticher and Toponia Miller
This is one book I always use in the kitchen. I got my copy for around 2000php to 2500php.
3.) The Original River Cottage Cookbook by Hugh Fearnley – Whittingstall
I also got a copy of this book, since I’m a huge fan of his show.
4.) The Laws of Cooking by Justin Warner
He is known for his “molecular gastronomic” style of cooking. I am very curious what I will learn from this book.
5.) How To Roast, How to Braise, and How to Saute books by Michael Ruhlman
I first got a copy of How to Braise at last year’s book sale. It was definitely beautifully written. I couldn’t dare miss the “How to Roast” book, this time around.
