I am no stranger to Atelier Vivanda, it is my second time dining in this Michelin-starred-chef owned restaurant. Let me briefly discuss what I had during my first time, then slowly entice you with their special lunch menu. I heard from the grape vine that their lunch menu is less than 1,000php and it already includes lamb! 🙂

Crystal Jade, an established Singapore Michelin Star-awarded food & beverage group, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this 2016 with no less than the prestigious Michelin One Star Award given to one of its reputable brands, Crystal Jade Golden Palace. This is considered a truly remarkable feat parading the celebrated institution’s dedication and prowess in bringing quality and authentic Chinese fare to customers around the world.

I personally can’t wait for October when Contadina products are finally out in the Philippine market. I first started using Contadina through the loot basket I got from the media event with Nigella Lawson.
At first I was kind of skeptical about the product but the more I use the product, the more I fell in love with it. The tomato sauce has complex balance of sweet acidity and fruitiness to it, and the dried pastas are simple divine. Perfectly al dente, even when baked for quite a long time. Truly a product I personally would use and recommend to everyone else.
