Chocolate lovers and pleasure seekers in the Philippines are constantly on the hunt for the most intense, most gratifying chocolate experience. They are always in search of the next big thing when it comes to their favorite indulgence, and this summer, Magnum , the chocolate expert in ice cream, is giving them just that.
Magnum partnered with Chef Jordy Navarra of Toyo Eatery to create dishes that gives the same chocolate punch as Magnum.
The meal started with Uni Chawan Mushi with Chocolate layared in between. The bitterness of the chocolate heightened this simple egg dish, and gave it sophistication and complexity.
For main course, Chef Jordy recreated one of his specialties, Mayura Wagyu with Squid Ink Mashed Potato, this time around, he added Cocoa Nibs to the Potato to give it texture.
Of course for dessert, Magnum Infinity Chocolate Bars were served. Chocolate & Caramel, made with silky ice cream and a luscious sea salt caramel swirl; and Chocolate & Raspberry, made with decadent chocolate ice cream and a fruity raspberry swirl. Both dipped in intense thick cracking Belgian chocolate and Tanzanian cocoa nibs.
